Amber Aufiero

Amber Aufiero grew up in Perkasie, PA where she began her ballet training at age 3. She received most of her training from Schubert’s School of Dance Arts and the Charter Arts High School in Bethlehem, PA.  She spent two years training in the Vaganova method with Nadia Pavlenko and Maxim Ponomarenko at Dance Elite in Horsham PA. She has spent many summers at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet in Narberth, PA under Margarita and John White’s directorship. She has also attended the Kirov in Washington DC and the Princeton Ballet School. Ms. Aufiero is a certified health coach and Progressing Ballet Technique instructor, as well. In 2014, she began as a trainee with Ballet Tucson where she was progressed through the ranks to full company member in 2018. Upon joining PAB’s teaching staff in 2023, Ms. Aufiero completed the Bolshoi’s Pre-Ballet teaching seminar. She continues to perform with several area schools and companies and is thrilled to be sharing her love of ballet with PAB’s Ballet Preparatory students.
